Our activities include not only giving legal advice to our clients as well as representation out of court and at court in enforcing their claims, for example for providing services according the contract or claiming open payments. It is a matter of course for us that possible conflicts  can and should be avoided best and safest in advance of contract award decision and before conclusion of contracts.  An unfavorable contract remains a unfavorable contract even if its execution.
